Expectations at the Spa

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment (but no earlier than one hour prior to appointment time).

You will be given one complimentary hour after your appointment to enjoy our amenities and location by the river -

Any additional time spent will be at regular cost.

To ensure a calm environment for all patrons, River House Day Spa prohibits children under the age of 18 and pets (with the exception of service animals). We kindly ask for no outside food or beverage, unless given approval in advance. We also strongly discourage loud chatting, phone calls, music, and any other noisy disruptions.

**All appointments will require a credit card to be held prior to booking.  In the event of a cancellation you must give 24 hours or card will be charged 100% of the service.  If you no-show for your appointment card will also be charged for 100% of the service.  Thank you**
